Trane Clean Effects lights now working

What does it mean if a trane clean effects lights aren't coming on?

Was this working before you serviced the unit? Probably need to provide more detail (best this is moved to the HVAC board) but no lights on one of these usually means its not getting power.

Not sure as the unit had to be looked at as it had no heat coming out of it. Ended up being a cracked heat exchange. New system is being put in, but the clean effect has no lights showing on it. So I was trying to figure out what could be wrong with it and if it was something simple or a needed repair.

Probably just disconnected. When the HVAC company is done installing the new unit they should reconnect it.
