I use 2 pieces of bread covered with honey in a large box trap and it works every time. When I used to trap fox for pelts I would use salmon or chicken. No matter what I caught a .22 would end their day. I would be very careful around raccoons, fox, etc. though due to rabies. Having 27 shots is not fun and is expensive. Don't ask me how I know
