Tremclad paint not drying

Hi folks.
I have an aluminium storm door im trying to paint from white to black.
I removed the glaze from the white paint. Primed it all using brown primer.
Garage is set to 58 degrees. Its about 32 deg outside.
Painted one coat of tremclad gloss black 24 hours ago.
Its still sticky. Any ideas of what I might have done wrong? Or will it dry eventually?

58 is kind of cool for tremclad (IMO) let is sit for another day or 3 & it will probably dry up

Agreed pretty low temp and if the door was less than that it would slow things down even more.
