I have 2 triangle sets I bought from sears. IIRC the 1/2 set was $50 with sizes from 8mm-32mm none skipped. And the 3/8 set was around $35, (cant remember the sizes off hand.

Anyway I like the tools. The ratchets are heavy in the hand and are remarkably stout. Mine are not a fine tooth ratchet. They require considerable swing but take a beating. The smooth handles are comfortable in the hande, but can be somewhat tough to hold at the right angle of attack if your hands are greasy/oily because of the lack of edges.

I like the tools, but at that price I'd hold on to your money. REgardless of what the warranty is, sears has been clearancing these tools for some time now and since they are produced somewhere besides the USA, warranty is going to be an issue considering Ive never seen them sold elsewhere.

Keep an eye out for the clearance sales on the sets again. Those were a great buy IMHO.

Triangle Nano ratchet review, via TG

The ratchet's quite nice, although perhaps a bit short compared to some other styles. Triangle sockets and accessories are just as well-made.

imho, the sets have been discontinued due to sluggish sales. Sears is/was the only USA-distributor but they haven't done anything to market the tools, so of course they're going to sell poorly.

I have the 3/8" ratchet and it was dry when I got it. I opened it up and lubed it, now it feels amazing. The sockets are my go to sockets. Nice feel compared to others.

I have the 3/8 set, and it is very nice. I've been gathering up a collection ratchets and the triangle ratchet is the cleanest "new" ratchet I've found. It has a 2.5 degree swing and the balance and handle shape (easy to keep clean)are good. Take a look at the Koken, Asahi lightweight, and Nepos ratchets, they are all nice too.

Apparently they went bankrupt. Darn shame too as their tools seem quite good, especially the sockets and extensions. Even the packaging was good: steel boxes for the ratchet/socket kits.

Do you have any info on their bankruptcy? It is a darn shame as I liked their tools.

No info; just one day some months ago their websites were gone. The last time I know their webstore was up seems to have been April 2014. I had ordered and received some sockets the previous December and they got here in a week the day before Xmas as was stated. Had I known they would be going out of business, would have ordered some more stuff.
