I'm absolutely thrilled with mine. Every time I go out to the garage, I find myself scrolling through the operating parameters and so forth. It is interesting to view the boiler firing rates as compared to the outside overnight temp curves, etc.
110k BTU unit with 2000sq/ft garage floor, 12' ceiling, 1k sq/ft upstairs space. Total heated envelope cubic air space is right at 32,000.
The boiler rarely fires above 40% to maintain a 60 degree interior temp. The building is waaay over-insulated. The floor is R10, walls and roof joist areas are R30+ (closed cell foam). The building is tooo tight and helps the boiler tremendously.
