Has anyone seen, examined, or used one of these? If they work as advertised, it could prove to be a useful tool for a woman, elderly person, or anyone else who has limited dexterity or strength, who would have difficulty removing tightened or stuck lug nuts. It's nicely packaged, small, and would be easy to keep in the trunk or spare tire well.

I have no idea of the quality, or how well they work. But it seems like a good idea. This particular link doesn't show a video, but I've seen short videos of them. (I have no idea how much the nuts were torqued in the videos). They just showed how the tool operates.

Kinda cool but I think I'd just send wife/daughter/elderly folks off, equipped with a cordless impact and the correct socket.
I would enjoy having one of these to modify it for various applications..............(when I get some spare time).

I'd like one of those impact adaptors for a drill as well. Murphy's law..........they are discontinued!

If one truly needs to be able to remove lug nuts without physical strength, a cordless impact is likely the best option.
Then again, what do you do then? Is an infirm person going to be able to remove the wheel once the nuts are off?

Lug nut removal only solves part of the problem-- arguably the easy part.

I figure I want the person(s) I'm concerned about to have the correct tools to allow a good Samaritan to change their tire.

Torque multipliers specifically configured to remove wheel lugs on heavy trucks and equipment have been around for years. This is the same idea consumerized for lighter duty applications. This particular one doesn't look that impressive, but the concept is sound and logical.

I taught my wife how to stand on the lug nut tool supplied with her car. Figure 100 lbs with about 14" of leverage, if standing on it doesn't get it done then a bounce or two will. If it still doesn't the tire guy and I are going to have a discussion......
