Good lord, I guess this is just a vent, and a little advise to others. Call and get confirmation of product in stock before you order. Today is the 28th of October and I ordered a 4x36 multi tool attachment for my grinder back on the 5th of September and still no sight of the product. They say they have a confirmation of the product to be in this week, exactly what they said last week. So if it does come in this week I'll still probably not be getting it until the following week. They have the best price on this item but holy fuk... Have some product on the shelf if you are going to take my $400. They have without a doubt the best price on them but if I don't ever get anything for my money it's not really worth it. BEWARE with these folks apparently- call before you order, like I should've.

yeah, that is highly bogus, vendors, don't post it up if you don't have it in stock... that is a huge pet peeve of mine, one which i fortunately don't encounter too frequently.

A short time in my book for waiting...I am trying to get my band saw in good working order and I place the order in July, I was told the Factory in Italy shuts down for the whole month in order for the men to have some kind of party or such in the month of Aug. so the parts will come the second week of Sept. I called in Oct.; and just a few days ago my parts arrived.
Now get this some of the parts are wrong (crazy changing parts #'s , what the heck are they thinking?), so I told them on the phone I would be happy to send them back, and even on my dime, but they said that would cost them a ****** fortune, just throw the parts away; so now it might be the next year before I get the right parts.

Well I would understand if they sold something which they didn't have in stock, to place the order but not charge me until the product is shipped. So now they've ******* 400 bucks for almost 2 months, and I asked if they could offer a discount for the wait and big nope! No offer for any cool swag or anything, guy offered no sympathy and said there were about 100 orders waiting for this product to ship out!!!! WHAT? Their excuse is it's on a slow boat from Australia, I work on cargo planes for DHL, throw it on one of them and get the product to the consumer that shipping only takes about 2 days
