I’ve ordered from them several times over the years but this was my first visit to the store. I was visiting my brother in St. Louis and decided this morning that I was gonna make the 3 hour or so drive to KC and see it for myself. First, everyone there is extremely personable and helpful. Jori and Phil were both great to talk with and the young lady who works there ( I apologize for not remembering your name!) took my son up in the freight elevator and showed him the baby pigeons that had just hatched on the fire escape. To top it off, I was recommended an amazing BBQ place, Arthur Bryant’s, to try out. As far as the tools.... it’s everything anyone on here might imagine it to be. It’s a really old building, which adds to the experience, with a basement and 3 floors jam packed with everything a tool lover might want. I can’t recommend it enough. If any of you ever have the opportunity to visit, you really need to.

I made the trip a year or so ago. Dropped off my wife a discounter mall and spent 2-3 hours looking around. Bought a few items that we never see around here. The guys will say something like “where in the hell did you get that” brings a tear to my eye.
