Trouble with HD online chat?

Hi guys,

I've been trying to use the HD online chat for the past few days and it doesn't seem to be available. Sometimes there is no icon under the field to enter your name and sometimes there is a button that says chat not available. Has anyone else been able to use the chat lately?

Not just homeowners... hired a contractor to redo our bathroom (among other things)... he knew nothing *but* home despot. Would charge us for custom work, and give us **** we could have bought for 25 cents on his dollar. Used for the most part the cheapest labor and materials he thought he could get away with, nailed him when we had specced a CI tub, and he tried to put in a sheetmetal one and then tell us it was CI. Started checking and found the same BS throughout the job. All bottom-line chicom junk or recycled (!!) stuff throughout where he could.

I hear both he and the RE agent that was pushing his business went out of business... she for trying to scam homeowners into shortsales to her cousin, he for worse shenanigans than he did on us. All I can say is... karma is a real B-I you know what...
