I picked this beast up off eBay about 2 years ago for around $37. You must set it internally. I set it to 90 lb ft to torque lug nuts on my FRS. Well it sat cause I used my 30-150lb ft Wright. I checked it with digital torque adapter and read consistent low 60s. Most I could get it too was 72. I relaxed it to 50 to torque mower blade. At one point the lock mechanism that goes against the adjustment Allen locked up. Even a 17(saltus wrench size) x19 couldn’t loosen it. Couple of raps to the carpet with concrete underneath loosened it. It’s ok to have a dedicated lawn mower blade toque wrench but I wanted to put it in my FRS in case of flat. Even silikroil wouldn’t get it back to 90. What happened? Why did it go from 90-60s over 2 years. It’s a wrench that skips when torque is reached . It’s industrial. I should of been able to store at 90 especially since it adjusts internally .

I use to 22lb ft saltus for oil drain plugs. One set at 25 for Dakota plug with rubber gasket . One set at 30 for crush washer drain plugs. They were like $15 a piece on eBay. For some reason you can set them higher than rating .
