I have been trying to upload some pictures of an old drill press. When doing this my iPad sits & does nothing then the pictures go blank. What am I doing wrong?

We need more information. Size could be the issue. Are you trying to put them into an Album on the GJ site?
How do You up load pictures. I have went into my settings & allowed Google to access my photos. Still can't getter done. I do see where my pictures are listed as attachment. I click on that & see the pictures. My problem is my iPad will not allow me to close the manage attachment window. Like I am hung in time. Maybe that the World Wide Web won't cover or can't find Frog Eye

I ask again. Have you tried setting up an album here on the GJ?
I upload pictures on my phone and ipad frequently, I don't have an album on GJ, I just use the manage attachments button below the text box on the advanced reply button. It opens another page that allows me to upload up to 7 photos, the site dies the resizing. When I click chose file on that screen the ipad brings up a text box for the location, which is my photos on the ipad.
