troubleshooting 350 motor

i have a 350 chevy motor i have just replaced the cyl heads on --drove for 3 - 4 weeks -- just developed a "miss" so fire has been checked and cannot get every other cylinder to fire --------------have replaced the distributor, cap, rotor button and have fire on plugs but still misses on # 1,4, 6 and 7---- anyone got any ideas?:

The one thing that is common to that set of cylinders is the intake manifold. I believe those cylinders are fed by one side of the carb and the rest are on the other side. That said I would check that the carb is good, there is not a gasket leak under the carb, and maybe any vacuum porte that are tapped into that set of carb/manifold runners.
