Had a set for a while. While they are o.k., I didn't keep them for long because they were too hard to keep clean. Maybe that's just me though, I tend to move from dirty job to dirty job and clean tools at the end of the day.

Some people like upright vacuums, some prefer canisters. Some people like soft handled tools, some prefer just metal. Debates like this will never end. The question is what do you prefer?

I prefer chrome. For me, when I'm using a combination wrench, my hand is typically on the opposite end of the wrench (where you get the most leverage), and I spend very little time in contact with the center portion anyway. If I need a more comfortable grip, I either wear gloves (which I don't do too often), or I wrap the end I'm holding in a shop towel.
