Tru Trest Ratchet Help

I just picked up this 3/8" ratchet at an estate sale today for a $1. It is stamped as a Tru Test, made in the U.S.A. It looks very similar to my Proto ratchet, does anyone know if Proto made this or if Tru Test was a decent brand?

I also noticed that one direction does not work because its missing one of the springs. Does anyone know if you can buy just the springs or do I have to buy the entire Proto rebuild kit?

Put together backwards.......how many teeth?

If the spring is a cone shape you can find a replacement in a old TV remote or other electronics. Another member here told me about this a few weeks back and it worked well for fixing a Proto ratchet I have.
