50' of log chain, ratchet straps, two funnels; one for oil and one for t fluid, 201 Stanley tool kit, tool bag with the basics, cheap sicor jack and accessories, and truck care items; wax, bleach white, armour all, and tire brush.

Soon to add since I got side boxes and have more room:

Spare clothes ICE, case of water, cheap floor jack to replace sicor jack, flares, and emergency beacon light, biggest shovel I can fit in my 4' box.

Then there is the joke about locking both you wife and your dog in the box for 2 hours and when you unlock it, see which one is happy to see you!

Put your Hi Lift jack in there and a few pieces of plywood for the base to rest on when you're using it on soft ground.

Tools, chains, come along, ratchet straps, various fluids, cold weather gear, shovel, jumper cabels, etc.

If anyone is considering buying one, DO NOT buy a gullwing box! It makes the middle totally useless and annoying, if my truck hadnt come with it, I woulda bought something else.

Put something long in there like a shovel.. ^ It doesnt fit all to well because of the middle support. Sure you can make it fit, but long objects are a pain. Plus anything that lands in the middle and may have to come out is sometimes hard to access. Guess its just a personal preference for me really

No need to carry a full size shovel. Anything in any of my boxes is easily taken out.

Guess just personal preference. I carry all sorts of stuff and having a box that fully opened woulda made my life 100x easier over the years. Im just to cheap to buy a new box for it to get beat up like the one I have now.

What you put in it depends completely on your use of the vehicle. I have all kinds of **** in mine that 99% of the people out there would have zero use for.
