I got this cheap. It was a rusty mess with potential to make useful again. I punched out the eye on my press. Found a handle to replace it with. Cleaned the head and put a starter edge on it removing all pitting at its edge. Fitted and put finish on the handle. Then a polished edge was applied. It looks ugly but never judge a book by it's cover.

Very nice, a lot of those were made by Kelly with very good steel. Kelly was later re-named to True Temper. I have three or four myself.
