Truss insulation

Hi all,
Looking at buying a different house that has a seperate shop. Curious about insulation in these stick built truss (if that's what they're called).

I'd want to enclose that ceiling (the truss V part) with sheetrock. Is that a problem? I want to leave the horizontal pieces open to make it appear more open.

Rafters and rafter ties but that's not important. Sure you can put drywall on the rafters and leave the rafter ties exposed. The issue is insulation and condensation from warm moist interior air passing through insulation and condensing on cold roof deck. Maybe there is vent space between insulation and deck along with wave and ridge vents. If not, possible a nearly perfect vapor barrier between drywall and insulation would stop deck from rot and mold. Nearly perfect means you could turn the building up side down and fill "attic" with water and none would leak out.

Thank you, i suspected some of that. We will see if they accept the offer and go from there.
