I'd be more inclined to call something like this a "Reach Hammer" "Reach Handle" "Reach whacker" or even a "Reach Thumper"

Hi Richard.. I got your PM.. am trying to figure out how to help. Been too busy lately to stop by Triton, etc. Will try this week. Rock's off Friday, so maybe....

Check out the picture...left most hammer. I have been holding on to several hammers I have purchased ~$1 ea. at Estate Sales around Indy.. Most need a new handle.. and with the help of Seymour Midwest handles...they're back in service. That one on the left might be one of the original non dead-blow flat flat hammers...

If you and Rock are in the neighborhood, Dennis, let me know. I'll make sure we have some of the hammers that have the "different" print boxed up.

I'm going to be giving out a few samples of the modified extender/thumper/?. If you'd like to give one a workout, please send a PM. I will hold a drawing this coming Monday.

Thanks.

I will have the modified extender/thumper on the way to four forum members in the next day or two.

Three of the four are heading out today. I need some shipping information before the fourth is on the way.

Did you get mine? I sent a pm, but now that I look, it is hard to see if it actually was sent.

Thanks for this chance, it’s awesome when companies make a real personal level effort here, it is appreciated and part of what makes GJ so awesome!

I have absolutely no idea as to what this thing does. First I thought it would be used to push pistons into cylinders and now I see it's two feet long. Can anybody explain what this would be used for? I'm sorry I just don't get it.

Used it to thump on a leaky rim and tire yesterday. I tried to get the bead seat no luck with the tire but the tool worked great... tires are coming off soon anyway...

Applying hammer force where there’s no room to swing the hammer.
