I tried to reply in Hot Deals Trusty Cook thread but my post count is not high enough yet. I usually just read others posts and seldom post myself but I just had to let everyone know about my experience with Trusty Cook. I took advantage of the holiday sale and splurged for the flat 5 pack. I had an issue and Richard was of great assistance and resolved the issue quickly. It is nice to email someone and they actually reply within the same day. I think he replied within 2 hours. I love these hammers after getting use to the grip. I have to choke up on the handle and there is a certain spot on the handle which feels best for my hands. This is hard to describe without actually having one in your hand. Will definitely order others in the future and thank you Trusty Cook for taking care of your customers.
