Trying to date this Craftsman =: USA := marking, any info ?

Marking on a pair of wire pliers in my box and trying to ID date range.
Haven't seen this one before, the =: USA := Help appreciated. No other markings.

Those pliers were sold from c.1948-1968. The catalogs show the same logo. From 1941-48 it was sold as a Dunlap branded model with the same model number.
