Well, I was down to really only thing that I haven't checked and that was the motor contactor. I pulled it out of the box and disassembled it. I noticed some slight film on the contacts, so I cleaned them very good and reassembled everything. Flipped the breaker and everything took off like a dream!!!
Just wasn't getting good enough contact.
I know someone rated this thread as poor, sorry you don't have to read it. I personally can only thank all of the guys who pulled their hair out in trying to help me through this. I hate electrical work, but through all of this, you guys really helped me out and I learned a bunch along the way!!
