Trying to post pictures. HELP!!!

Tryed to post pictures of my new 30X48 post frame thats going up but can't. Get this message, Submission could not be processed because a security token was missing. Can anyone help me with this? I don't have a clue.

I had the same problem.......
you need to resize your pics,
I use " Irfanview"
bring them down to 600x800

should work!
