So the builder didn't listen to me and put sealer on the garage floor. I got some ********* stripper/degreaser and put that down. I know it took something off the floor because as I was scrubbing it was very slippery and had a white film. I rinsed 4-5 times with a pressure washer. I then let it dry overnight and followed up with the Epoxy Coat acid etching. I rinsed this 3-4 times with the pressure washer as well. In the picture it looks like white film on the concrete, but none of this comes off on your fingers if you wipe it. I'm just concerned because the surface is really smooth. Looking at it under a magnifying glass there are some spots that I see the pores....but not sure if it's enough. I'm tempted to try a spot, but I guess really won't know if it adheres until much later. I really don't want to diamond grind, but then again don't want to waste the $1000 on epoxy either.
