Trying to start a garage build thread

I am using an iPad. When I go to the gallery, sticky, use form no form shows on my screen. What am I doing wrong?

No idea. If you can post here you should be able to post in the gallery.

Go above the sticky and select "start a new thread" Once you get your thread started, later on you can go back and add it to the index in the sticky.
