Hello to everyone. I came across this wonderful site as I was researching for an epoxy coating in my new home. We will be signing on the new home this 23rd and moving in on the 30th. I have a few questions and wanted to ensure I was going about this correctly. I hope the experts and experienced among you will chip in valuable suggestions and advice. I do work on my cars/SUV and own a track car as well. A DIY project would be my preference unless you folks think I should leave it for the professionals. Oil spills are a regular situation no matter how hard I try. This is the main reason I am looking into the floor coating solutions.
1) I have a 2 car garage that is 20 X 20 and another one car garage that is 10X20. So total of 600 SqFt that I am working with. I have been contemplating getting the Armorpoxy 600sqft kit per the link below:
http://www.armorpoxy.com/mm5/mercha...e=A&Product_Code=AC-KITTC&Category_Code=ACLAD
I plan on using this kit with the following primer as well:

Will I need anything else (Chemicals/epoxies etc) apart from these 2 kits for the actual coating process?
2) My 20X20 has 4 poured concrete slabs with a deep groove separating the 4 slabs. Those who started with something like this, did you have to fill in those grooves before you started coating? If so, what did you use? Would it be something like this?

I don't think the 10X20 has this groove to worry about.
3) The concrete is not smooth. Its not as rough as the driveway, but not as smooth as the garage in my current rental home either. I would hope this is not a problem.
4) I plan on also doing the VSEAL 101 penetrating sealer for the entire driveway so that cleaning and oil drips etc would be easier when discovered. Any product or process recommendations for this?
5) I also plan on getting a MAXJAX garage lift sometime in the future. If that will have any implications on what I do now with the floor, I would like to know that as well.
Thank you all in advance for your time and patience with me while I get this whole situation sorted out.
