I have an Apple 5 C, Yeah ok "I got it free" and I need help uploading pics & video to my computer.

I have the USB cable connected to the computer, and It asks me if I want to
trust or not trust this computer. I clicked trust but I can't get it to upload anything.

I'm not sure if I even have the right program or software on the computer to do it. I have a Sony handycam that I used to upload pics through hp photosmart
but it doesn't seem to work.

So far about the only way I've been able to get the pics from my phone to my computer is to send myself an email then download, save & transfer them that way. Thanks

Do you have an iTunes account? If your iTunes adverse, and don't want to put a credit card on file you can use an itunes gift card apparently. You should be able to find the device as external drive.

You don't mention what version of Windows you are running (I'm assuming you are using Windows), but this works in Win 8 and should work as well in Win 7.

1. Plug the phone into the computer.
2. On the phone, accept to trust the computer.
3. In Windows, open the file explorer, and there should be an icon of the phone in the left-hand plane.
4. Right-click on the icon, and choose "import pictures and videos"
5. Follow the prompts to either download all or just a selection.
6. ????
7. Profit!!!

if you go to windows explorer/file manager, do you see the phone listed? if you clicked trust, it should let you click through to the pictures folder.

I like to email myself the pictures and videos. That way its super easy. But you must be on wifi, or the data will get used.

I don 't see any file manager, is there
another name for it ?

right click on start, click "open windows explorer", navigate under the computer heading on the left, look for a drive letter or name of your phone ("xxxx's iphone") for example.
