I realize these are different (sealer vs coating) but I'm interested in both for the same reason - durable, easy to apply, easy to clean.
Would one make more sense for me than the other?

Mostly used for parking trucks and motorcycles, and light duty work - oil changes, brakes, wheel swaps, details etc.
Not a fab shop but also not a show room-only type place.

I just want it to look decent, avoid oil stains, and be able to handle jacks and jackstands. It will also see winter salt as I'm in New England. Radiant heat also, if that matters?
Its a brand new pour, power troweled, and my "forever" house/garage. 1200sq feet.

I did Rust Bullet in my shop in ‘15. Yeah it has a few chips from heavy stuff dropped, but I’ve been happy with the result. I just visited the new owners last week and they are too.

For light duty a good sealer like TS210 will do fine, but if you want max durability against jacks, salt and oil go with Rust Bullet, it is more work up front but tougher long term

I did rust bullet about 8 years ago in a 2 car. It went on easy, but peeled a bit near the door where water pooled. I did not grind first (appears I should have) but if I did, it would have defeated the point of an easy coating.
