You may know my husband as Tommy owner and founder of TT-Motorsports. On November 27th my husband Tommy and I were traveling to California for Thanksgiving. We were on the I-10 and the rear tire popped, our truck rolled and my husband was ejected from the vehicle. He was airlifted to the nearest level 1 trama center. He remains in ICU on life support. He is fighting for his life. Please keep Tommy in your prayers. -Lauren

Yeah definitely a long road to recovery and there is things that I know I'll never get back 100% but ill find compensations for them so it won't affect me in those regards forever. Just gotta do things I never had to like take notes and stuff since my short term memory isn't as good as it was

For sure. All I cared about it my shop and money really before. Now I sold the house with shop to move back closer to family and friends

Going to rent a shop probably for the next year and hopefully find some property that I can build another shop and put a modular home on outright with the profit from selling my house

Well getting everything transferred to California is taking some time. Health insurance. Doctors etc all lag big time. 2-3 weeks is a short amount of time they say it will take compared to some things.

I was in Arizona and it was awesome for property price and freedom but it was a long way from my family and friends. Missed out on a lot of trips and family functions because of my location. I wouldn't mind being 5 or 6 hours away but 10hr drive is a bit far

And people are getting out because the housing market is crazy right now and people are able to make a killing selling a house they bought for 1/2 the price its worth now. Sell a house you bought for 300k for 600k and leave to buy a house overpriced in a new area compared to years ago but still way cheaper than in California.

Property is dirt cheap in the northern part of LA County or just over the county line into Kern. Gene Winfield & Ian Rousel(sp?) are just over the county line, apparently Ian bought 25 acres out by Edwards AFB.

Yeah I found some nice cheap property in theachapi but even there a property that 3 years ago would have been 10k is now 18 to 20k. Want the market to crash since Biden got elected and fix this overpriced houses again. Its more than it was in 2007 right now. Its nuts
