Search for an inline flaring tool kit. Looks like Calvan ATD, and Mac sell kits at various price points that do up to 3/8.

We make brake lines for all kinds...OEM replacements to custom set ups...

The best tool we have hands down is from S.U.R&R

Thank you, that Cal-Van kit is just what I'm looking for! That SUR&R tool looks kinda interesting. How well does it work in tight quarters, though?

The device Joe pictured above is great, but I could only use that on the bench.

Correct, you can only use that tool when clamped in a bench vice. That covers pretty much everything I do. I still have my KD Tools double flaring set for the rare time that I need to flare a line in place, but those have been few and far between.

My suggestion is either the Mastercool or the Imperial/Eastman. Both are top notch tools and ones that you'll only need to purchase once and be done. Buy once, cry once.

Mastercool far left, Snap-on middle and Imperial/Eastman on the right.
