I am looking to make some half hoops or tarp bows for my small utility trailer. Instead of buying a tubing roller, is there a specific place to rent one. I have looked locally without no luck.
A tubing roller isn't the sort of thing I would expect a rental store to have on hand. Maybe run an ad on your local Craigslist to see if there's someone out there who has one in their shop who would be willing to let you use it for a small fee, or would do the work for you for a reasonable price? Harbor Freight sells one but it's around $200.
