Just bought some Husky boxes from Home Depot. Like all toolboxes the locking mechanisms are never aligned and do not operate smoothly. Does anyone know where I can source tubular lock cylinders that will accept the stock cams?

If you have a place that operates coin-op laundries.......go around to the back door. Their service guys will probably give you a box full for nothing. My partial accumulation over the years that will fit........

Tubular locks use a smaller square on the tailpiece end than a normal wafer or pin tumbler cam locks. They come in dimensions starting at 3/8” through 1 3/4’.

Look for a store that sells wood for hobby / interior finish /trim and they usually have a cabinet hardware section

a good lock smith / rekeying type store can help
