Looks like the anvils for an interchangeable anvil mic. One mic head and frame, multiple anvils for measuring a range of sizes with one micrometer. Should have also come with a range of standards.

Just a guess here, but looks like interchangeable anvils for an interchangeable anvil micrometer (a micrometer "set" that is comprised of one frame, but different anvils, usually in 1" increments, so as to provide a wider range of measurement than just one micrometer, but cheaper in price than a set of micrometers). Attached is a pic of a Mitutoyo set for reference.
That being said, the set looks mismatched and missing a piece, not to mention missing the mic frame they fit, I would put its value at scrap.
That all being said...Tumico, Scherr-Tumico, S/T Industries does generally make good quality precision tools, which are mostly made in the USA. Their name isn't as well known as Starrett or Brown & Sharpe in machinist circles, and virtually unknown outside of those circles, as a lot of their business comes from government contracts. They are still in business today,

and they have top-notch customer service, even for older tools. I have a set of their 24" vernier calipers from the 60s or 70s I picked up at a pawn shop, which needed a new locking screw as 1 of 2 were missing. Sent them an email and they asked for my address, and sent me 2 brand new replacements for free, no questions asked.
