Tuff shed

have a 10 x 12 Tuff shed about 20+ years old. Probably time to re-roof it soon. The floor is not sagged and it is sitting on a thick concrete pad. I notice that the roof line is high at the gables but dips in towards the center. Trying to decide if this is by design or if the trusses have collapsed outwards or downwards. Anyone else have one they can look at to see if that is the way they come sometimes? Hate to spend days fixing what is not broke.

A very few were designed like that , but think Hansel and Gretel in Fairy Tale Forest.
Your walls most likely bowed out. Restraighten and add 2x4 ties top plate to top plate.
