OK now your are just acting like a 12 year old! Please grow up! Again you are having problems with your comprehension! No where did I say that I told them "specifically stated you wouldn’t buy it from them because your didn’t want to pay their pricing" they didn't help when I had a problem, they did try to jab me for three times the price so I will not use them. Now if YOU have a problem with that. Your entitled to the difference of opinion, but I really don't see where this is helping the OP at all.
I never said you told them anything. You stated it to us in your post.

You said:
they refused tech support but tried to sell me a new $40 dollar tool replacement for $120. I took a chance and got my own without their help from Amazon and its worked fine for about 10 years. That's the last time I do business with them.

You’re well within your rights to not want to pay for something if you don’t like the price, but Arczone is also well within their rights to charge whatever they like for their products. Just because they wouldn’t help you find it cheaper somewhere else doesn’t mean they’re a bad company.

Lol

You crack me up dude.

You had an issue over a decade ago with a product that is completely different in design now, but you still want to **** on the company because they wanted to charge you for a replacement that was out of warranty and wouldn’t help you find a cheaper one online.
Cool, nice to know an idiot with a complex doesn't like me. GTFO the thread. You are obviously not interested in helping anyone. "A legend in your own mind" seems to fit here.

Yikes, touched a nerve lol.

All I did was quote your posts, you’re the one with the cranky attitude. You started things off insulting my reading skills and attacking me.

I’m happy to answer the OP, which I did. All I did was point out that your issues with the Sharpie product aren’t really relevant anymore due to it happening so long ago that the product sold today is completely different than yours.

It’s a bummer yours broke but that isn’t Arczone’s fault. It was black and decker’s. It’s also happened out of warranty so they didn’t have to help you in any way. They offered to replace it for a price you didn’t agree with, so you declined.

Arczone changed the product to fix the issue you had with it, and your issue with Arczone not helping you in the way you wanted is a pretty isolated and specific thing to you and not really a good representation of Arczone and their customer service in general.

***** that you can’t see past your personal feelings on this.

I feel like any customer service from an industrial supplier is always less than superb, unless you spend a lot of money with them or are a company. That said I've ordered CK consumables and thin tig wire from them a few times and have had good service as far as quick shipping and correct order was concerned. Weldfabulous, cyberweld, and baker are a few other places I've made online orders.

If you want you can buy just a sharpie head and put it on whatever rotary tool you've already got.
