I joined the forum especially to ask this question:
I have a Harbor Freight Turbine HVLP Paint Sprayer. Actually, that's not true, I have Luxi Air Tools(*********** anyone ?) LL-11 which was sold briefly by Harbor Freight.
To make a long story short, the gun that this system uses is excellent for shooting Urethanes and Acrylic enamel, but that has some with the price of the gun wearing out. It doesn't use standard o-rings, doesn't use standard needles, or standard tips. So I need a gun.
Luxi Tools will not even speak to me about supplying parts and Harbor Freight's attitude is- "Hey, we discontinued that. No parts, man".
I am aware HF still sells another HVLP turbine system, but it uses a gun that takes a smaller diameter hose and the needle/seat system is also very
different. In other words, that gun won't work with my system. I already ate $30 to find out.
I'm hoping someone knows of a similar gun or maybe even knows who Luxi ripped the design of this sucker off from.
