I have an unheated garage that gets cold but I don't believe it has ever been down to freezing. Is there any potential problem with having a LED TV out there? Pasqualy

When you heat, what do you use for the heat? One issue can be condensation where the air gets warm, filled with moisture (perhaps from an unvented heater, or perhaps due to snow/moisture from vehicles) and that leads to condensation inside the TV.

I use a LP heater to take the chill out of the air. Thanks for the heads-up on the condensation. I had not thought of that. I was more concerned with the start up of the TV and if there was any possible damage from the cold.

I have had a TV outside on my screen porch for about 7 years 24/7/365. Lately the weather has got down in the single digits and summer is usually in the 90s with 80% and higher humidity. All I have ever done to the tv is wipe the pollen off the screen in the spring.

Don't have one in the shop, I go out there to get away from it. Lately the programming isn't worth watching anyway.
