Two switches in one box

I'm installing two switches in one half of a 4 gang box. One controls the lights the other controls the fan. The other side of the box is a duplex outlet. The double switch I picked up can only use a single load, but the fan and the lights are on individual circuits.

What kind of switch do I need to use that can control two separate circuits?

Or will I have to lose the duplex outlet.

why cant the switch have a single common hot in and switched 2 hots out ?
One to the light
other to the fan?

Because he wants them on seperate circuits. Just look over the shelves, they got them. I just took one out, for the same purpose.

Does the switch have the tabs on the back that can be broken off to separate the switches?
