Types of floor jack handles?

Hey guys, i was given a decent jack with no handle. My Pitsburgh big low profile handle doe snot fit, different adapter.

This one can be turned by a 14mm 12 point and extension. Have not had any luck googling different types of handles out there. Is there a standard or any manufacturer does its own thing?

There are lots of rebrands which would make several the same. I have probably six jacks and no two use the same. If you were to post a pic with a size reference maybe someone could tell you what would work. That is a size reference and the inside of the hole for the handle.
