Just curious if anybody has messed around with upgrading the slides in these HF boxes. Bought mine on black friday, and been working out of it a bit since then. Definitely not a bad box for $650, but after spending some time in a Matco 6s yesterday and playing with some of the new boxes at Menards and Sears today i realized how much these slides ****. The drawers open fine, but definitely not as smooth as the other boxes, don't open all the way, and are pretty wobbly. Only plan on using this box for a couple years but i'd love to get some better slides in it, and maybe do something about that worthless "latch".

ON the latch there is pop rivet on the inside of the drawer. Drill it out and latch-b-gone. Just remember to lock the box before moving it.
