U.S.General tool cabinet lost key

I purchased a USGeneral tool cabinet a few years back, and have lost the key for it.

I'm ready to transfer all my SAE tools to it, but of course...it's locked.

One drawer is open, and there's a tag in the back of that drawer that MAY be a serial number, but can't find a manufacturer website. The number on the tag is as follows...

ZL 03 3 45729.8

Any ideas???

Just pick the lock as really basic cylinder.
locksmith can make a key but cheaper buy a new lock, 4 to 10 bucks roughly .

Or just drill it.

see if there is a small plate on the back, you may have to drill some rivets but if there is its the access to the mech.
