I'd recommend it, did the job myself, 3 car garage. Key to it turning out well is the prep, just take a little extra time and follow the directions. Very happy with it.

I have U-Coat-It in three of my garages and it has held up well considering where I live (road salt, gravel roads) and how I use it. My shop is starting to show signs of wear after 5 years of dropping things on it and dragging stuff across it but I don't know of any epoxy that won't do that. Like 425hp said "prep is the key".

My son put it down in his garage in 2004 and it is still holding up fine. One bay of the 2 car width has a daily driver parked, there has been no hot tire pickup or staining. The other bay is used for woodworking and home maintenance; it still looks like new. His car broke down at home and I did heavy repairs on that floor when the U-Coat It was only 3 weeks old without damage. I was going to put it in my lower (basement) garage but I'm finding some moisture issues so I'll probably go with Race Deck.

thanks guys, all of these are great!! How does it do with snowy weather as I live in RENO and we have snowy weather here. I'm just worried about slipage? Is there a non-slip ajent? Any of you guys put that down?

Not too much snow in GA but it can be slippery when wet. My son sprinkled the "grit" as supplied by U-Coat It but spread it thin so the floor would be easier to wipe up. It seems to work just as well that way and easier to clean.

Kit comes with the no slip grit, I chose not to use it, with the clear, it is a little slippery when wet. Easy clean up though. You'll be happy with it, mine was new construction (5years), the prep on the concrete wasn't too bad, just make sure you have adequate ventilation when you acid etch.
