We did my son's garage with U-Coat it in 2004. It gets daily vehicle traffic and regular workshop traffic (nothing too heavy), so far it's completely unremarkable. It's just there. There is some slight UV fading evident on the outside at the garage door transition, some slight staining where the tires sit every night but never any hot tire pickup. It hasn't been cleaned in a while but if it were, it would look new. He had a breakdown and we were forced to do some heavy vehicle repair when the coating was only 3 weeks old. It stood up to jacks, jack stands, creepers, and parts drug across the floor with no damage. I was really surprised by that. In my experience, I give U-Coat it an A+. I will use it again.
