Ugh! Looking for better source for Streamline flashlight parts

I need a new anti-roll rubber ring for my Stinger DS. Part is $2.60, but shipping is $10.95. No way am I paying that much to ship a rubber ring that ways less that a couple oz.

Does anyone know of a better place to get parts for Streamlines?
