Ugly concrete best solution

I have a very solid yet ugly garage floor. When I bought the house a year ago I checked the garage floors for cracks and settling and found it to be solid. After living there for a year I have come to find the floor will hold several gallons of water from low spots. Around the edges the aggragate shows and in the middle it has cavities that hold water. I need to get something done before winter because of the smell of the standing water in an attached garage and the water runs under a wooden platform closet that holds a water heater and a water softner. Please let me know if any over the top products would be a better value than a tear out and replace for approx $5.50 sq ft. I had a new concrete driveway last spring 22x55 and should have done this then but I did not know of the issues. Also any product to add to new concrete to dress it up.
Thanks

Have a contractor make you deal on putting a slurry system on it. Call around, catch the right deal. Build a good dam and coat it properly, stop the water migration at the very least.

Good luck

Probably epoxy flake floor. Fill the holes, prime, then base coat with flake then top coat.
Cant tell from the pic if the concrete is sound though.
