Wow, nice puller kit but probably a bit overkill for fixing my wristwatch!

Litte deal on a Gedore puller here:
£27.67 Gedore 2 or 3 arm puller 'Like new' usually £50+ elsewhere
More info here at Gedoretools
I posted this a couple of months ago but it's £4 cheaper now.

Also, for the Milwaukee guys:
Milwaukee M12 Soldering iron £53.99 at Powertoolmate with free postage

The best Black Friday deal I've seen yet is on one of my favourite whiskys:
Caol Ila 12 year old £31.83
Or £30.24 on Subscribe and Save. I've used that on a few whisky deals and just cancel them once I've had the first delivery. I have a number of cheap regular items like a bar of chocolate, baked beans, etc and get 15% discount on some items. Combine that with the occasional voucher and you get some really good prices. Here's an example I bought last month:
Glenrothes 12 £33.75 down to £25.31
If you have 5 items (even cheap ones) then you get 15% S&S discount and a 10% voucher for your first order of this item bringing it down to £25.31

More examples:
Wild Turkey 101 £18.20 for 1st S&S
Glengoyne 10 £22.05 for 1st S&S

Don't drink them all at once! Like everything, whisky is getting more expensive so I'm shoving these in the cupboard for the days when whisky will be too pricey.

Sealey AP22507BB 7 Drawer Rollcab with Ball Bearing Runners, Red/Grey £120.00

rfjykmfyujk.jpg

Also available on ebay.

Price history for this seller.

ruytjrtuyj.jpg

I have no idea of the quality or how this compares to similarly priced boxes. Just posting a price reduction.
I've got a 'Yamoto' branded box which is basically the same thing. Used to have Sealey roll cabs at work and comparing the two, they're as close to identical as you're going to get. The Sealey I'd say is on par with the standard Halfords type boxes. The one I have isn't quite as nice as the Advanced range (which I also have).

The drawers are not very deep at 270mm. My current setup (Tool Marque), has 400mm depth drawers. If you have the patience and are willing to travel then you can pick up decent professional boxes at good prices. Unlike a brand new box, they won't drop in value either! I've chopped and changed my tool cabinets and chests as my needs have changed and always got my money back each time.

However, if you have £120 burning a hole in your pocket and need a small cabinet right now then I think that's worth serious consideration. Unlike a lot of boxes, it has a decent height in the drawers. I was glad to sell my Halfords Industrial top chest as it only had 50mm height in the drawers and a lot of stuff wouldn't fit.

Some good deals on the Halfords Black Friday. I've been watching this Vortex pass-thru set on and off for a year at £80, but I finally bought it for £49 in the sale, delivered free to my door.

Thanks for the recommendation! I’m really impressed with prime tools, ordered yesterday lunchtime, arrived this afternoon. Decent range of brands and everything as it should be, will definitely be using them again…possibly next week for more Christmas shopping.

Not sure it's so much a "hot" deal, but something rather cool (bit of a resto project) for not too much money - just spotted this come up on facebook marketplace (and I have no space for it) in leighton buzzard:

Bahco 8147"80 Series" Flush Diagonal Cutter with Tapered/Relieved Head, Multi-Colour, 110 mm £19.55

NO LONGER AVAILABLE

I think the image is correct, and they are Lindstrom cutters. Not sure if they will have Linstrom or Bahco branding.

See bahco website images here.

KRAFTWERK 4903-20 16-Piece PB Screwdriver case EVA3 £49.74

cgvhmvbhmnbn.jpg

Cost for the drivers and bit holder from Only quality tools, minus the bits and tester (as I'm not sure if they are PB) is £73.52 after vat and postage. I don't know Kraftwerk, and assume the sale if for the tray and tools, not just the tray. :dunno:

...be careful with that one. It is only the tray you are buying, the seller is being deliberately ambiguous to get a bite.

I'm guessing, but think it includes the drivers. Unless you know for sure that it's just the tray?

Empty tray is a different part number

Set KR-4903-20

Empty tray KR-4903-20EP

'Normal' price is over £150, which would suggest more than just the tray (I would hope).

The seller is Amazon, and I don't know for sure, but the description looks like it was done automatically (which is why I think it's often wrong). I would be surprised if Amazon are deliberately misleading customers in this way to get a sale because the item would just get returned at Amazon's expense.

Lots of speculation from me, and I have been fooled on something similar before (facom spanner case). :)

PB tray price went down to £29 and promptly sold out. Guess we will never know unless someone here had a punt.

Whilst not 'proper deals' as such, these I think represent excellent value for money:

Lidl Parkside Vortex Socket Set: https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/quick-fixes/parkside-drive-socket-set/p48659

Lidl Parkside Rechargeable Work Light (with power bank function + USB C charging port): https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/quick-fixes/parkside-rechargeable-work-light-with-power-bank/p48627

Finally, has anyone got any other suggestions on where to look for good tool deals? I am trying to expand / improve my collection :)

I was impressed with the primetools Black Friday sale, and great service/delivery. Of course you still have to compare prices, some stuff is cheaper on Amazon/eBay.

I cancelled a £43 order and reordered at £29. Any search I did on that part number indicated it came with drivers so hopefully amazon listed accurately. Price history would lend itself to them being included but who knows...worth a shot though. Thanks for the heads up Mr. Lemons.
