As above really originally posted by Tooling_around

Credit where original credit is due :)

Thanks! !

And ref the Irwin clamps..these are better than the standard Irwin but I think the XP 600 series are fractionally better personally, but in saying that I don't believe anyone really needs better quality than these seem.

Halfords are doing flash sales today. I've heard it's 15% of all worskshop and tools between 1pm and 3pm today.
Missed this one due to being out snd aging. ..which was typical as I didn't want anything in the other groups of sales lol....but I think they've made the addon cupboards I want in the industrial range full price and oos so no joy there then :( here's hoping black Friday brings me some love this year....

HI All
Anyone know of any deals on WERA screwdrivers?
I"ve just bought a couple and I'm amazed at their build quality and the way they grip the screw.

Thanks again Tooling Around, bought the hammer and number stamps.
Forum toolboxes are actually Ok, not has heavy duty as old ones but decent, not tin foil grade like a lot of them are.

Bosch GDA 280E delta sander

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bosch-GDA...164232?hash=item4659044ac8:g:E3sAAOSwo4pYLbx2

£80 shipped in the UK. New other, Bosch E stock, so returns and recon units. 12 month Bosch warranty.

These are discontinued in favour of multitools (which don't sand really) so this could be one of the last opportunities to get one of these excellent detail sanders. Should be made in Switzerland also.

So, it should be nice and smooth with low back drag, unlike the cheap Asian made one I have already that has a lot of teeth but so much drag you have to hold the bit to get it to ratchet.
Can't knock the deal as it's Hazet and they're normally expensive. , but I'd still rather have a smaller handle (girth) and 6 degree teeth rather than 18 on a baby hex drive ratchet like this ?? I like both Wera and Facom versions better than this particular Hazet though I guess with a hex to quarter drive adapter it would be a nice grip for the bigger 1/4 sizes 10-14mm sockets...

Cracking deal all the same ...good spot!

I must admit the Facom bit ratchet looks really good and I want one, but the Hazet will be nice to. They have shipped them already to.
Yeah they're different beasts but both cool in their own way... I'm a massive fan of the Facom 360 ratchets but in particular for their bit-set sized 'nano', the adit iona rotating handle function is a real boon for tight spots...but I Digress :) ...... Back to the Hazet in question

You're in luck if you want the Wera!

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003IMPUSE/?tag=atomicindustr-21

Seems a good price, £22.80. I'm happy with the Hazet so can't justify this.
