Whilst on the subject of Prime Tools, has anyone seen this in their clearance section?

Set of Carolus metric combination spanners, 96 quid (half price) - has every size from 6mm all the way to 22mm, plus 24, 27, 30 & 32mm! 2 sets left:

https://primetools.co.uk/product/carolus-by-gedore-21-piece-combination-spanner-set-6-32mm/
Now thats an amazing deal, gotta love satin finish on spanners. Hate shiny chrome spanners, after 30years of use they are now satin 🤣[emoji23]🤣[emoji23]🤣

Found a bunch of deals on VBW tools from Amazon.de that won't ship to the US. Posting them here in case anyone can take advantage from Europe. Some of these are 75% off the next lowest price I can find elsewhere:

Also, this Padre clamp is made by Bollman-Selzer, the same manufacturer that makes the Knipex locking pliers. It is the 600mm long version (the picture is wrong, as it shows what I believe is the 280mm version). I'd buy this myself if it would ship to the US:

Thanks mrspeed. I'd have bought the Padre clamp but it's no go for the UK either. :-(

FYI, that message on the product page is wrong more often than it's right!

The only way to know if it will ship to you is to add it to your cart, check out, select your shipping address, and then click to the next step. If it will ship to you, the next step will ask to select your payment method. If it won't ship to you, the next step will give you a message saying the item can't be shipped to the chosen shipping address and ask if you want to remove it from your cart before continuing.

Most of the things I buy from Amazon.de say they don't ship to the US on the product page, but then they do.

It is possible some of these won't ship to the UK either, but the only way to really know is to try to check out with them using a UK shipping address, since that message on the product page is often wrong for some reason.

I can't remember the brand mine was but the part behind the trigger was plastic and worn away, the trigger it's self was slow to engage compared to my normal one.

I much prefer cordless battery powered ones now, work on heavy equipment and same as you but Renault midlum's mainly and then Volvo's and the odd Iveco now and again.

I see what you mean I have the Makita DTW1002z while it's a little heavy it's not like carrying around a 1 inch impact with a giant hose connected, I also find the workshop is always full end up doing 80% of jobs in the yard so just grabbing the electric impact gun make's life 10x easier.

Here are some Knipex circlip pliers deals:
Internal straight 8-13mm £6.25 (usually £15ish): https://amzn.to/2OOD751
External 90 19-60mm £7.32 (usually £21ish): https://amzn.to/2yusHNG
External straight 40-100mm £9.05 (usually 17ish): https://amzn.to/2PSFZdy
Internal 90 85-140mm £15.64 (usually £35ish): https://amzn.to/2yxaFdx
External 90 85-140mm £16.94 (usually £40ish): https://amzn.to/2Jdoi5S

They might come with a Draper sticker on the handle but definitely Knipex!

I have a few Signet tools and they've really impressed me. Here's a bargain set of 6 Torx T handles from T10 to T40 for only £5.32: https://amzn.to/2SiWdhR

Someone posted a £2 digital vernier but it seems to have disappeared. I'm told by a friend they're rubbish but here they are: https://amzn.to/2SghKr6

Lastly, a bit of a specialist bargain here but it's a Gearwrench 41660D spindle nut kit for £25.20: https://amzn.to/2R9reDe
It's for 4x4s. I had to watch this video to find out what it is is lol:

I have one that looks just like that. I use it quite a bit. Not for engineers obviously but much better than using a tape measure to size shims, bolts, rods etc which I was doing before I bought one.

Halfords metal tool storage on offer at the moment.
50% off usual retail prices (these are somewhat overinflated in the first place) plus an additional 10% off using the code WORKSHOPDEAL10.

575735

For example, a ball bearing drawer slide top and bottom chest for £270 combined.

https://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/storage/tool-chests-cabinets/halfords-5-drawer-cabinet-chrome

https://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/storage/tool-chests-cabinets/halfords-5-drawer-top-chest-chrome

Could be useful for somebody as a lower cost option?

10% Off Code also works on their socket sets, but prices aren't great on those at the moment and will probably be lower in the run up to Christmas.

I ordered these Bahco pliers from Amazon.de several months ago and they were actually new-old stock Belzer pliers:

Some nice Gedore automotive hose clamp pliers:

I have these Facom pliers (made by Bost) and they're some of my favorites:

Also found a bunch of Heyco deals. First, the wrench sets. I have all of these wrench sets, and they're really nice. Several are new-old stock stamped "W Germany" on the sides (the rest just say "Germany"):

And a bunch of other Heyco deals:

£59.99 Nilfisk C 110 bar Pressure Washer with Patio Cleaner
Excellent price. I don't think the patio cleaner is up to much but I'm very happy with my Nilfisk pressure washer I got years ago.

I bought one and it turned up today. Just been testing it against my other cheap caliper and there is no variation in measurements when comparing them. Either they are both accurate to 0.1mm or exactly the same amount inaccurate. This one didn't come with a case but still surprising good for the price.

Thanks Spannermonkey, I just ordered that 1/2" gedore socket set. I've absolutely no need for it but it's a bargain at less than £55 . I'll just sell on my Halfords set to make way for it
