UK made watchmakers tools

When i left a job at a industrial instrumentation workshop 1969, the foreman gave me some tools that the newly hired Rolex Master Watchmaker considered substandard.
I find them quite useful once in a while and the quality of material and manufacturing is very high. But not high gloss metal surface which the Rolex guy demanded .

I like the hand vice. I could see that being quite useful.
