Uknown Tool Box Help

I recently acquired this tool box off Facebook marketplace, and I can't for the life of me figure out who made it. I do not see any stamped markings or any spots where a logo would be riveted on. At first I was thinking maybe S-K but none of the hasps or handles match. The closest I've found is OP's post here, but their tool box remains unknown as well. Some context clues, inside I found an assortment of Powr-Kraft, Craftsman, and Blackhawk tools. Has anyone seen anything like this before, or know who the manufacturer might be?

If I had to speculate I would say wards, as I have seen that color on them

Other than the color, the tray has a Kennedy look about it. Not so much the box although I wouldn’t rule it
out.
