UL Damp Required for New Garage in WA?

Maybe this is in a FAQ but I couldn't find it.

In WA with NEC 2017 codes in effect, are UL Damp fixtures required in a garage? Or will indoor dry rated fixtures be sufficient?

Not required. Damp location would be shower, maybe something like a dedicated car wash etc.
